1. Catawiki Auction Orders: All bidding, payment escrow, buyer protection, return eligibility, and refund claims for lots acquired through our Catawiki auctions are governed by Catawiki's Terms of Use and Buyer Protection policies. For any active Catawiki order or lot, please contact us directly through your Catawiki order message thread so Catawiki support can assist and protect your transaction.

2. Damaged-in-Transit Claims: If an auction parcel arrives with transit damage, please retain all original packaging and wooden boxes (tomobako) and message us through Catawiki with photographs within the timeframe specified by Catawiki's buyer protection rules.
